Hi Srishti,
the input files used by those examples are included in
examples/parallel. Their names are sdsc_blue_01.txt and
sdsc_blue_02.txt, and they follow the standard workload format (SWF).
More information about this format along with other logs can be obtained
from: http://www.cs.huji.ac.il/labs/parallel/workload/
