#3 upgrade SGE 6.1 to Open Grid Scheduler

Hi,
We are currently using very old version of SGE 6.1. What is the best way to upgrade it to open scheulder. I saw that 6.2u5 is compatible with open grid scheduler. So should we first upgrade our SGE 6.1 to SGE 6.2u5 and then move to OGS or we should directly go to OGS?
Any help would be really appreciated.
