#6 systemd support

As part of the Fedora gridengine package, I have started providing systemd service files for sge_execd and sgemaster. You can see the .service files here:

I have neglected porting over sge shadowd functionality to systemd, and it points out a couple options. Before proceeding further I thought it would be best to coordinate with upstream to see which direction would be best.
