Running start_gui_installer fails with this error:

Starting Installer ...
Unable to access jarfile ./util/gui-installer/installer.jar

./util/gui-installer/ only contains 2 folders called 'html' and 'templates'.

searching for all jar files in the ge2011.11 folder finds nothing called installer.jar.
