[gridsam-discuss] GridSAM 2.1.9 released

Hi All,

Following on from the recent series of GridSAM releases.
We are pleased to announce the release of GridSAM 2.1.9.

This release focuses on performance enhancements as well as  
incorporating some new features.

The motivation for this version and its release has been from:

OMII-UK's continuing work with Professor Sally Price's Computational  
Chemistry Group at UCL.
 From the work done with the Irish Centre for High End Computing.
And from the integration of the work done for the EMERGE project from  
the Institute of Computing Technology (China).

This is the first release since 2.1.7 as 2.1.8 was used as milestone  
build for some of the new features.
