#28 DRM Job State

It would be very useful to have gridsam-job-status return the states PENDING(queued) or ACTIVE(running) as returned by globus-job-status..so that the user can migrate the job if being queued is not preferable... currently, gridsam-job-status returns "job is being submitted through globus" for both cases. Extended as this should be done for all DRMs
