#27 Certificate Authentication with Webdav

It would be useful to have support for proxy certificate authentication with webdav servers in GridSAM's webdav plugin, e.g., implementations at http://www.gridsite.org/wiki/Main_Page. This would help greatly by making the webdav authentication consistent with the overall certificate authentication model generally used in grid-based job submission applications.
