Revival

I am attempting to revive this project. I have some code in Java that is starting to come together. I'll need to figure out how I intend to tackle the VCS issues -- there are 2:

1. Since I've started from scratch in Java, the code already here on SourceForge is not useful to keep around, so there'll have to be a kind of purge-and-replace commit to SVN.
2. I'm partial to Git now, and I don't believe SourceForge supports Git.... read more

Documenting Code

... is tedious. But at least I'm almost done with the code that already exists. Then we can get on to a Game class and maybe get something working! So far the only binaries we've built are unit tests. Boooooorrrrriiiing. If there was a most vulnerable time for this project, I think it's right here, ladies and gents. If we can get even a puny working binary where all you can do is drive your rover around endlessly, I think this project could stand a chance.

Still alive

We're still here and I'll be uploading some documentation for the code soon. Having family issues to deal with at the same time sucks. -_-

First upload

We've got the GPL and the first few source files uploaded, as well as the beginning of a web page. I don't think the homepage has a link to our project page yet, despite SilverDrake's attempt. I'm still trying to get the Commissioner to join the project, but zie is a busy person, and may decline. All in all, not a bad first day's work.

Project Approved!

The project has been approved, and we're hoping to get what files we have up on SVN as soon as possible. I'm grilling ackypi over the documentation now, so with any luck zie'll upload them soon. Nothing working yet, mind you, but we may have a rover wandering around on a planetary surface by the end of the week...
