#85 Loading list of beakpoint classes

For breakpoints by class, see if we can load the list of classes from the xsd at the same time as the debugger is loaded. Just make xsd the last command on the command line. Right now I invoke gridlab once with the xsd option, then a second time with all of the debug params.
