TRLs may be used to present an "auto" warning - i.e., if a class has a TRL = 1-3, then the warning may read "<This class> is considered highly experimental and has not received thorough testing or validation"

This has the advantage of

1) Cover a lot of the experimental classes that are currently in the code without having to write warning messages for each (or for future ones.

2) Remind developers to update TRL of improved classes
