#1 "Environment" bug appear with multiple icons at the screen

If more than one machine are displayed at the screen a
scoll bug is responsible for loosing icons outside
the "Environment" JDesktopPane. When draging the first
out of norma size, the ScrollPane resize the Pane. If the
user drag out the next one, the ScrollPane resize also.

But if the user drag the last one back, the ScollPane do
not recoginze, that an other Icon is outside the visible
Pane size.
