In addition to already supporting direct entry of the file path to a map or map directory, also support a browse button to let the user navigate to the map or map directory to run plugins such as MapNormalizer or MapValidator.

Implemented in r9170 (Gridarta), r16532 (Crossfire), r6647 (Daimonin),
Atrink has no plugin scripts that would be affected.
