It would be great to be able to select an unlinked exit, hit a hotkey, enter new map's path and size, and have the map created, with the exit automatically linked both ways.
How should the coordinates of the new exit within the new map be determined?
Either ask the coordinates in the creation dialog (preferred solution), or arbitrarily put at coordinates 1,1 and let the mapper correct later on.
