#102 Some operations do not handle multi-window editing

A few examples of things that are broken in multi-window editing:

If you try to use the "Zoom" function on a map, it will always zoom the most recently opened map, not the one you selected.

The "Selected Square" pane in the upper right only shows tiles from the most recently opened map.
