#4 modified xsl stylesheet

I've modified the gretant/gretant-frames.xsl stylesheet to change
navigation into java-doc style. In my browser (without java-script)
I found navigating confusing, because the html report looks like
java-doc, but does not behave like java-doc.

Clicking on any package name in the packageListFrame now shows
the classes of that package in the classListFrame - and not the
package-overview in the classFrame. You can get the
package-overview by clicking on the package name in the
classListFrame.
