#1648 Region Capture Scaling Bug with Multiple Displays

This is the same problem that existed before 1.1.9 (From blog: fixed capture problems that came with a recent update for Windows 8.1, affecting users with multiple displays and different scaling
) , but it seems to have reappeared for me. I have two monitors, my Macbook Pro's (Bootcamp with Windows 8.1) at 2880 x 1800, and a second at 1920 x 1080. When capturing from screen region, images are normal if I capture from the external display, but on the main they are enlarged and blurry (see attachments, One Enlarged and one normal).

I recently ran windows update, so there is a possibility a recent update was the cause. I've attached a picture of my update history.

With what are you showing the images?
As the images are stored with the DPI from the monitor, showing them on a different screen might force rescaling and causing them to be blurry.

    Just an idea...

Not exactly sure what you're asking. The screenshots of the ticket submission screen are the ones captured by greenshot (enlarged) and one by a screen capture addon for chrome, which is true to what's shown on my main display. The Update History screenshot is from the external display, which you can see is captured fine and not rescaled.

Alright, I checked without the external monitor plugged in and it was still enlarged. Could it be an issue related to scaling? These are my settings for the main monitor from what I can tell, don't see anything different for the external and I don't think there's any scaling on it: http://i.imgur.com/eZaLMFb.png
