Wire Length Minimizer to keep related boxes close together.
Manual layout:
Align selected along left, right, top, bottom, HCenter, or VCenter.
Make selected same height, width or size.
Navigate connector to box connected to.

Print preview.

The following requests are *not* duplicates:
-Wire router to go around boxes
-Wire Length Minimizer to keep related boxes close together
-Align selected along left, right, top, bottom, HCenter, or VCenter

The rest have all been requested or are already implemented. For example, "Make selected same height/width/size" is already present, last I checked.

As an alternative to all of these, I propose the creation of a layout algorithm which reduces relationship overlap. This has already been requested.

A router that goes around boxes might lead to many lines laying on top of one another.
