When generating the ebook, an error is reported:
Error "The prefix '' cannot be redefined from '' to 'http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml' within the same start element tag

This was caused by a failure to download and extract content from one web page that would prevent the whole ebook to be generated.

This specific issue is not fixed, but a workaround has been created to ensure ebook generation goes on event when meeting this kind of failure. The problematic web page is simply skipped.
