#12 Support for UltraVNC Extension "File Transfer"

Some networks are too restritive and blocks some protocols with file transfer feature. To be able to do software support, sometimes it's necessary to transfer a file between computers. This is a UltraVNC extension supported but Libvncserver, but I don't know if its implementation on the client side is simple or not.
