#37 Watcher Names

Currently when you create a Watcher the name that
appears on the tab matches the log file you are
monitoring. This is not very helpful when you have
more than one Watcher using the same log file. I would
like to be able to name my watchers and supply them
with a brief description.

I would prefer naming the Eclipse Tab only "LogWatcher" (no
filename nor watcher name). But use the user-entered watcher
name for the (interal) LogWatcher Tab (or the filename if
none watcher name entered) and put the full path in the info
bar.
