#32 Reduce contention issues

Having a logwatcher on a log often prevents a build
from working- it would be ideal if it could keep all
file handles closed exept for an instant to check for
new content- and close handles immediately after
reading/displaying- and detect that the file had been
truncated if a new one is started- so that a build /
deploy / run cycle would not require closing logwatcher
and reopening it.
