#17 Save preferences on a project basis

It would be nice if the settings for a given log file
could be
stored on project basis.

If I would come back to that log file to open it again,
the last settings then would be restored and I could
continue as done during the last setting.

I am using logwatcher a lot together with log4j log files.
While running my junit test cases I have no console output
but all log statements go into a log file. This prevents
eclipse from switching the view and the JUnit view is
visible all the time. Only if a test fails, I switch
to the
logwatcher view and examine the log file.
