I am trying to get LogWatcher working in an IBM distribution of Eclipse 3.x. I have the plugin installed in the Eclipse plugins directory but when Eclipse starts, it is no where to be found. I checked the installed plugins and the error log and there is no mention of it there. Any debugging techniques suggested?

Also, when you say you couldn't it, you're saying you opened the 'Show View' dialog by selecting the menu Window->Show View->Other... and there wasn't a view tre item called 'Log Files' with LogWatcher as a leaf on the tree?

Well, if there's nothing in the error log I don't have any good ideas for you. Just make sure the logwatcher directory is present under plugins.
Try adding -clean to the commandline.
