Short term goal is 2 vs 2 "party" mode, for dual play. Can have 2 vs 1 with same system. Each dual play screen is for one team. each team is either single play or split screen.
A last man standing free for all allows players to enforece their own rules, but enfore team rules within game programatically.

Could have any set of teams where up to 4 players, but rule out 3 vs 1 for this ticket.
Netmode beyond 1 vs 1 also outside scope of this ticket.
3-4 player support without dual play outside scope of ticket.

    dual play supports single, side/side, joiining, top/bottom modes within.
    currently in dual play mode, has 4 players, each side/side split.
    should make menus for this. should still be able to use dual play for 1vs1, and for 1vs2, 2vs2, should be able to choose splitscreen type for the team
