[Graphite-list] Move to Sourceforge

Hello all,
	The Graphite project has been moved to sourceforge.net.  Version 0.2 is
available as a release and as a cvs module.  I have also set up a
mailing list there and moved the Graphite web-page to sourceforge. 
Anyone interested in taking over this project please let me know.  I
currently can no longer contribute.
