#25 XCF reads all layers all the time

The enclosed patch to the coder XCF allows ReadXCFImage to respect ->subimage and ->subrange. It currently doesn't with version 1.3.14.

This can be trivially tested with :
gm convert multi-layer.xcf[0] one-layer.png
If multi-layer.xcf has 5 layers, this will produce one-layer.png.0 to one-layer.png.4 instead of just one file.

Similar problem with
gm convert multi-layer.xcf[2] one-layer.gif
This will copy all layers into one-layer.gif
