#551 Improper call to JPEG library in state 201

Hello
I've got a file that causes GraphicsMagick to quit with error:

$ gm identify http://dynacrems-167.wpcdn.pl/167/5174041957
gm identify: Improper call to JPEG library in state 201 (/tmp/gm6Y4ph5).
gm identify: Request did not return an image.

Browsers, gimp, kolourpaint, jpegtran (tool build with libjpeg-turbo) handles this file correctly.

sources and the fix will be in the next release.
