#550 graphicsmagick cannot find decode delegates for any image format

Hello,
I'm using Solus Linux and, for quite a long time now, my Epson L365 scanner doesn't work as it should beacuse of this annoying old issue:
"graphicsmagick cannot find decode delegates for any image format"

What happens is that once the scanning process is finished, there is no output file. During the scan the file is there in choosen folder and I can even check its properties/permissions, but after the scan the file vanishes.

This was found to be an issue with Solus Linux packaging. The packaging was stripping the .la files which are still needed to load modules using libltdl.
