#78 Incorrect conversion PSD to JPEG

Faced three problems during conversion PSD to JPEG formats.

1. resize option works not correctly
2. PSD layer which disabled appear in result image
3. PSD layer mask has been ignored

Tested on Windows and Linux. GM version 1.3.18

PSD is currently not really supported and is not enabled in the build.
