#3 Script effects plugin
A plugin that provides effects on basis of javaScripts and qt ui files.
Those effects can't work fast but they can be added or modified by users without any programming.
It can't be main way to implement effects(it's not as effective as binary effects and does not allow to do untypical things, but it's a great way to allow users to extend application with their own effects which are inaccessible elsewhere)
It's implemented.
Terribly slow, but works.
