#19 MStyles images structure v2
There should be mechanism similar to one in MStyles\ImagesTool\main.cpp built in MStyles itself.
if there would be a file named v with text '2' in images directory, style would read a single image for button, one image for spinbox and so on, and split them to old format internally, so everything would work as before inside of style, but image sets would be more readable and it would be easier to provide new styles(image sets).
MStyles contains internal images cache, so if we would ensure that it's large enought, it should be enough to fill a cache on style's constructor to provide v2 functionality, otherwise only cache() method needs update so in both cases it's easy work with lots of benefits.
