#16 Custom color dialog

Custom color dialog should be added to components (CColorButton should be changed to use it).
New dialog should have better solution for storing/reverting user defined colors(perhaps libraries sets or something) as well as better support for alpha channel.
Perhaps some alternative color selector(except standard one, no instead)?(any ideas?)
