People can use this framework for graph editing and automatic generation of instances (graph and linear mathematical model) for common network flow problems. The tool implemented creates random graphs for five common network flow problems (Minimum Cost Network Flow Problem, Transportation Problem, Assignment Problem, Shortest Path Problem and Maximum Flow Problem), and allows users to output mathematical models for four different general Linear Programming model solvers (LINDO, LINGO, CPLEX and XPRESS).
