#13 Creating many cards

When creating many cards it would be good if you did
not have to keep hitting 'Add' within the Deck View and
then OK within the Card View.

Something like a button to save the new card and clear
the fields all while keeping the Card View dialog open.

Ok, it's a good idea. I can add <add> button in CardView
dialog to add the card and prepare the dialog for the next
entry. This will go into the next release, 1.1.6.</add>
