Graphical Ranking interface (Grank) / News: Recent posts

I've finally done some of the initial setup for this project, including checking in the inital source code, setting up Trove categories, and so on. The main thing that's done is the Javascript data entry part. The BSD license was chosen for this code because I envision the Javascript interface added to other existing polling backends rather than creating yet another piece of polling software, and the BSD license gives maximum flexibility to do that.
