GrandPerspective 3.2 released

Version 3.2 of GrandPerspective has just been released.

The scanning logic has been completely revamped and is significantly faster.
The actual speed up depends on the type of volume that is scanned and its contents, but scanning can be twice as fast.
Thanks to Max Mueggler for suggesting these changes.

The changes behind the scene have been quite significant.
Should this have caused a regression, let me know by submitting a bug report.

This release also includes a minor fix.
The default filter could be enabled when there was none, which could cause a crash.
