GrandPerspective 3.1.0 released

Version 3.1.0 of GrandPerspective has just been released.

This version improves support for cloud storage: * a "no cloud files" filter is added, * it is possible to apply this filter (or other filters) by default, and * there is now help on how to scan cloud storage.

Source code has also been updated; the recommended deployment target is now macOS 10.14.6.

Finally, the app is again available in Spanish, thanks to Jorge Ruiz Calpe.
