Using gramps 3.4.3-1 in Mageia 2, is it normal that the options I have 
entered are not saved with the databases?  It seems I have to re-enter 
them each time if I have changed family trees.

Some preferences are stored globally. Some however are stored in the family
tree, so move together with the family tree
