Hi Benny, Thanks for the reply. I can see where this is coming from, but being from the UK, I live at an "Address", "Residence" is for Royal buildings. Therefore I would go for "Address". That said I have looked at "Residence" and it fits the bill as regards "Notes" apart from the "look" in "Narrated Web Site" where the word "Residence" appears in front of each Address. On the other hand I do not personally like the "Address" lay out in 3.2.3.1 so by using "Residence" that would solve that problem for me also. As you say has been done to some reports, it would be nice to Group "Residences" as "Addresses" are now in Web Site view. (I have just moved up from Ubuntu 8.4 to 10.4, so have 2 years of improvements to catch up with.) Despite what has been said, I still would only use one or the other , I can see no point in using "Address & Residence" for the same person.
