(Actually, having the parent's marriage information might be nice here too). Javascript could help here. You could hide the fields, unless they enter a name. You could also use the CSV file format that I'm working on as a transfer method, and to import the data directly, without any retyping. You could create a CSV file to download, which could then be attached to an email. -Doug |
