I find that when a "perfectly formatted" note is output as a web page the formatting is lost. This happens to be a source note but, html aside, but I believe the others all act the same. Am I missing something? Or is there something one can use (\T or <TAB> or whatever) so that formatting (particularly columnar/tab) is maintained? Thanks in advance. |

Hello Allan, If you are trying to place columnar structure on data in a note then there are two things you need to do: 1) In the note editor make sure that the 'Preformatted' checkbox is ticked. 2) Use a mono spaced font for your text. I think the old saying is along the lines of "none so blind as those who cannot see." And that would be me. Muchly chagrined to admit that I had not noticed that checkbox. Haven't verified that it works yet (although I am sure it does) but I have surely verified my lack of visual acuity. Thanks for your prompt response ...
