You have lost connection to the database.

I suggest you:
1/export your database to a .gramps file, and store this in a save place
2/upgrade to a recent version of GRAMPS: 3.0.4 or 3.1.1 (present stable version).
3/in this new version import the .gramps file.

Note that of the version you use, 2.2.10 is the last bug fix release.
