I don't know if this is the right list to propose things about wiki.

I have two proposals:

1: The template {{man tip}} show a big red exclamation mark. To me this image looks like a warning message and not as something helpful. Could we change this image to something else? for example a light bulb?

Ok, if you find a good image with free rights (we should be able to sell a printed version for costs if we want to), upload it to the wiki, and suggest it as replacement. You might be able to change man tip page yourself even.

2: The big blue "special copyright notice": When I as a user want to read the manual, the first thing I see is a big blue box with something about a copyright. Is it possible to move this box to the "edit" page or to the bottom of each page?

Ok, For me this is good. Feel free to move it at the end of the page, it will improve clarity. You can only edit 4.0 manual pages at this time, so only there this is to do.
Alternative is that we change the footer of the Gramps wiki somehow to indicate:

Free Documentation License 1.2. Manual also under GPL: manual copyright

But still, that would be small to see.
I see wikipedia uses the footer:
Text is available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License; additional terms may apply. By using this site, you agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Perhaps we should write it like that also, but then for our licenses. That would be ok too, and gives us a Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also, which is not bad.
