Hi,

How to fill common-law on Gramps ?

Gramps it seems not to recognize the following syntaxwhen import a
Gedcom file :

0 @F753@ FAM
1 HUSB @I1@
1 WIFE @I2222@
1 ENGA <- (for common-law)
1 EVEN
2 TYPE Union <- for common-law
1 NCHI 0

I see no reason why this should not work, so if it fails to import it is a bug. Please report it on the bug tracker and add a test gedcom.
Is it possible the Event "Engagement" is created but not linked to the family?

Note that above should lead to a family with an event Engagement, and another event "Union".
NCHI should lead to a number of children attribute.

Benny
