If you want to do this by automagic you should be able to create a XSL  
stylesheet yourself and do transformation of the whole XML, but then again  
I don't know your use-case or if this is at all doable by 'magic'. If  
there is no 'pattern' in there, I guess you are better off by using a  
plain text editor as suggested by Michael Lightfoot, just make sure that  
you open and safe stuff in the same encoding :-)
