First questions: (do "we" need to start?)
* For which languages this program may be useful? I'm not linguist, but as I get Western Europe languages are not so flexible as Easten Europe languages, such as Slavic and Baltic languages. So I need help of people who knows different languages, specifically how many forms do word have in some language.
* Are there exist such a programs for some languages? I think there are a lot for English, but I really don't see the hole picture.
* I will need a help of linguists or other multi-language volunteers for:
1. To localize the program to their language (translate program interface and messages).
2. To make some basis settings for their language to be supported.
3. To make a program dictionary for their language.
4. and only then - To begin creation of the "universal sentence pattern" for that language.
