grafx - Extensible Java Graphics Package Code

Adding error.png and error.txt which shows a stack trace and a gamestate that
caused a problem, with the current files in SVN.

On the easy nightmare level, changing pit size from 2x5 to 5x2 so that it
better fits the window. The perspective looks kind of weird now though.

Moving interface NextBlockListener from package net.blockout.production to
package net.blockout.

Rename PanicModeLevel to NightmareModeLevel.

More panic mode nightmare mode stuff.

Fixing a minor mistake where block 'R' was repeated twice, and 'RR' was
missing.

Removing extraneous whitespace from end of SynchronizedModeGameRecorder.

Making lots of progress on block drop speedups, added layers, score systems,
panic mode levels.

Finishing nightmare mode test.
