Adding copyright-watermark-854x480.png.

Not scaling to 2x.

Increasing size of game from 640x360 pixels to 854x480 pixels. I experimented
with 960x540 pixels but didn't like it.

Replacing the "terminus_u20b" font with "terminus_u22n".

Changing size of fixed width font from 9x15 to 11x22 pixels, shortening a
nightmare more field to make the two game types take up the same width.

Changing size of fixed width font in EnterTextLine, from 9x15 pixels to 11x22
pixels.

Changing font of copyright notice to be larger, to 11x22 pix fixed width font.

Changing size of BlockImage from 122x122 pixels to 150x150 pixels, and changing
font to be larger, from 9x15 to 11x22 pixels.

Changing number of blocks per row (# of columns) in "all blocks image" from
seven to eight.

Changing default level from 21 to 20.
