grafx - Extensible Java Graphics Package Code

Modifying HardcodedInputTranslator to potentially take a SuspendResume and act
upon it; however I realized that SuspendResume should probably have boolean
return values in suspend() and in resume(), instead of being void method calls,
in order that the input translator knows the outcome of the calls.

These classes now implement the SuspendResume interface.

Adding beginnings of NightmareModeAction.

Adjusting DEPENDENCIES files with respect to audio hacks.

Remove MainBugTest.java because the bug was fixed.

Backing out most of the previous change to LocalBlockoutBoard.java. I realized
that "importing" the line drawing fixes that had been made to com_nerius_grafx
fixes the problem. No need for further fixing, so backed out change for the
most part.

Carrying over a line drawing bug fix from com_nerius_grafx, where the bug had
been fixed in 2009 or thereabouts. The fix had not been "imported" into
blockout until now. I recently fixed a bug that may be related, by offering a
cheesy workaround. May have to back out the cheesy fix from blockout now.

In GrafxPolyFillDemo.java, moving a single line of code, because it had been
moved in the com_nerius_grafx "duplicate" code area.

Carrying over a change that was made in com_nerius_grafx "duplicate" code.
GrafxLineDrawDemo.java changed, one line moved.
