Creating run_printMovePredictions() for the print statements. This is
temporary.

Improving BlockoutEventQueue a little bit.

My program can pass this level. It's EXTREMELY difficult to pass.

Making the impossible 6-er level even harder. My program still passes this on
a regular basis. It fails when I fail to obey its orders. Interesting.

Upping SQRT_COVERED_HOLE_METRIC from 1.4 to 1.7. I think it's good now. It
definitely is working, I see this, because it won't hesitate to make lots of
holes in a layer if that layer already has lots of holes.

Now trying to use sqrtCoveredHoleMetric().

Some comments and outputs etc.

Fixing max possible well score (worst) in sqrtCoveredHoleMetric().

First pass at sqrtCoveredHoleMetric(). Untested.

Expanding comment to include computation of worst score.
